Have you ever had an apple that tasted so good you wanted to plant its seeds? Have you ever wondered about growing your own fruit trees? In this White Pine Community Class, you will learn the fundamentals of grafting, why trees are grafted, how to care for fruit trees, and proper pruning. A significant portion of the class is hands-on training, so come prepared to be outside and get dirty. A portion of the course fee covers two grafted trees for you to take home. This class is led by arborist and White Pine Instructor Jason Cummingham.
