Ryan Hadley is a Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Martial Artist with 20 years of experience teaching students and clients of all ages and skill level. He was a StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor for 4 years, and founder of FreeStyle Kettlebell Training. He developed his own system based on what he calls The 5 Elements, which are Mobility, Stability, Strength, Power, and Endurance. It is the Alchemy of the 5 Elements that creates the ideal athlete. He is the owner of Hadley Fitness in Broad Ripple.
Joey Leveille loves to study movement of all kinds. He’s been a personal trainer since graduating from Indiana University in 2013 with an Exercise Science degree. His background is in running sports, parkour, martial arts, and yoga. He is a student of the Ido Portal Method, which focuses on the principles that connect different movement disciplines together. Another focus of his is the Wim Hof Method, which involves deep breathing and exposure to the cold via ice baths. In Feb 2019, he became a certified yoga teacher and teaches weekly classes in Carmel.
Richie Todd is a 5th degree black belt in Shorei Goju Rye Karate. Mr. Todd has been practicing martial arts for over 15 years, and has been teaching traditional Karate for self-defense to adults and children since 2010. He has taught martial arts at a number of locations in and around the Indianapolis area. In addition to his considerable teaching experience, Todd has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from IUPUI.
